【ICID大會】2020-2023新任主席及副主席名單公布

ICID新任主席與三位副主席，於2020年12月7-8日IEC大會中選出，任期為2020年至2023年，以下為其簡介：

主席：Prof. Dr. Ragab Ragab (英國)

  • 國際灌溉排水協會英國國家委員會  (IWF/ICID.UK)
    (British National Committee of the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage)

  • 英國生態與水文中心- 首席水文學家和水資源管理專家

副主席：Eng. Rafat Nael AbdulGhani Al-Intak (伊拉克)

副主席：Dato‘ Ir. Nor Hisham bin Mohd Ghazali (馬來西亞)

  • 馬來西亞環境與水資源部灌溉排水處 (DID Malaysia)處長
    (Department of Irrigation and Drainage Malaysian, Ministry of Environment and Water)


副主席：Prof. Choi, Jin-Yong (南韓)

  • 首爾大學農業與生命科學學院農村系統工程系
    (Department of Rural Systems Engineering College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, Seoul National University)
